Although I could find no files or folders relating to Kaspersky, when I upgraded to 2016 I had an alert that said an earlier version was already in place and I had to run the removal routine and re-start. In my sisters case I simply visited Kaspersky and upgraded to 2016, using the original activationĬode that she had (for Kaspersky 2012!) and it worked.

Interesting that you say Win 10 was 'pushed on your computer'.
